Through this one-day workshop, we’ll be  able to help you identify your stressors,  learn how to deal with them, and  understand how stress affects the kind  of food that we eat and vice-versa.

With our superfluously designed stress-busting exercises, not only will you be able to identify your stressors, but also release your energy drainers. Our simple techniques can be practiced by  you on a day-to-day basis for leading a stress-free life.

Through this one day workshop, we’ll be  able to help you honor boundaries and  help you assess your current  relationships including your  relationship with food. This workshop  will also help you create harmonious relationships by understanding different  communication styles and talk about  how food and mood are inter-related.
